How do we handle your personal data?
Administrative
We ask you for the minimum information we need to communicate with you about products, repairs, or orders. This information is stored as securely as possible. If it is not necessary, we will not store your address information, only an email address and telephone number. If we ship a product, your address will also be stored. If we have this shipment handled by a third party ('drop shipment'), we have a processing agreement with that party, so that they only use the information for a label and then delete it. If you request us to ship something to you, we will pass the necessary information on to the carrier. In some cases (for example, internationally), this may mean that we also provide a telephone number and/or email address. For more information, please refer to the website of the carrier (usually companies like TNT Post, DPD, DHL).
We store and process customer data in accordance with the provisions of the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act (WBP). You can request, correct, withdraw, or delete your personal data free of charge at any time. Please contact us for more information.
Account
For your convenience, you can create an account with us. This allows you to more quickly report repairs, purchase products, collect Hi-Fives, and view old invoices. You can delete this account at any time, which will also delete all your (old) data, including your saved Hi-Fives.
Electronic communication
We use cookies to make it easier for you to log in to the store and for repairs. When you register an account, you can also choose to receive emails from us (opt-in). If you don't opt in, you'll never receive emails from us. Keep this form of communication open for both you and us. We only send emails you've opted in to, and only when there's something truly new to report.
